Account & Identity

Usage & Device

We do not store raw card numbers on Zeedium systems. See “Payments & Wallet.”

Operate the widget, process unlocks, maintain wallet balances, provide dashboards.
Improve & Personalize
A/B tests, pricing recommendations, device optimizations.
Security & Fraud
Detect abusive behavior, protect accounts, enforce policies.
Compliance
Tax, accounting, and legal obligations, including dispute management.
Communications
Service emails, receipts, changes to terms/policy. Marketing with opt‑out controls.
Analytics
Aggregate metrics for performance, reliability, and product decisions.
When you buy tokens or receive payouts, payment data is processed by our payment partners. Zeedium receives tokenized or minimal information necessary to credit your wallet or reconcile payouts.
- Users: We credit tokens after a successful payment (fiat→token). We keep receipts and ledger entries.
- Publishers: Payouts are handled by our payment processor; we store payout statuses and statements.
Examples of processors include Stripe, PayPal, and platform wallets like Apple Pay/Google Pay (availability varies by region).
- Contract: to provide the Services you request (e.g., process unlocks, manage wallet).
- Legitimate interests: improve and secure the Services, prevent fraud, measure performance.
- Consent: for certain cookies/marketing where required.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, regulatory compliance.
Access, Correction, Deletion
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it (subject to legal exceptions).
Opt‑Out of Marketing
Click the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or adjust settings in your account.
Do Not Sell/Share (CCPA/CPRA)
Submit a request or send email with “Do Not Sell/Share” in the subject.
Data Portability
We can provide a machine‑readable export of your data where applicable.
Appeals
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit, role‑based access controls, least‑privilege, audit logging, and regular vulnerability management. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your account with a strong password and multi‑factor authentication.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by record type (e.g., ledger and financial records may be retained for statutory periods).
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
