This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Zeedium, Inc. (“Zeedium”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or entity enabling Zeedium’s monetization tools (“Creator”, “you”). By clicking Accept & Continue, installing our widget, or using the dashboard/APIs, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the referenced policies.

  • Related policies: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use, and any Order/Onboarding pages.
  • Effective date: when you first use the Services or accept the Agreement.

  • Team access: You control your users’ roles and must remove access promptly when roles change.

You may integrate by installing our paywall widget, CMS plugin, or APIs according to our docs and security requirements.

  • Use current SDKs; maintain API keys/secret storage; rotate keys on suspicion of compromise.
  • Do not modify, obfuscate, or interfere with pricing quotes, signatures, or client‑side safeguards.
  • Webhooks must verify Zeedium signatures and return 2xx on success; implement retries/backoff idempotently.
  • Your content: You retain ownership. You grant Zeedium a limited license to host, cache, analyze, and deliver your content as required to operate the Services.
  • Compliance: You are solely responsible for content legality, permissions, and disclosures.
  • Previews: Provide accurate titles, previews, and descriptions to minimize refunds and user disputes.
  • Takedown: Respond promptly to valid DMCA/notice requests; see Section 11.

  • Tokens: Unless stated otherwise, 1 token = $0.01 USD. Dynamic pricing may vary per geo/device/demand.
  • Experiments: A/B/bandit tests may allocate traffic among price points within your configured min/max.
  • Quotes: Signed quotes include TTL and integrity checks; do not alter client‑side.
  • User payments: Processed by third‑party PSPs; tokens credit user wallets upon confirmation.
  • Fees: Platform fee and payment processing fees are disclosed in your dashboard/order terms.
  • Payouts: Net earnings paid to your connected account per schedule, subject to reserves/offsets for chargebacks, refunds, and fraud.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for your taxes; we may collect forms and issue required tax reports.

Zeedium may refund tokens or credit users when content is unavailable, materially misdescribed, or fails to deliver as promised.

  • Chargebacks and refunds may be netted against payouts or future balances.
  • Provide supporting evidence promptly upon dispute request.
  • Privacy: We process personal data under the Privacy Policy. You must comply with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
  • Analytics: We provide aggregated and event‑level metrics permitted by policy and user consent.
  • Security: Follow our security guidelines; report vulnerabilities to security@zeedium.com.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities. Prohibited examples include:
